Why do we need happy healthcare teams?

Better clinical outcomes and higher patient satisfaction

Happy teams can more easily and quickly work as a team by harnessing the potential of all team members to provide better care. Additionally, a happy team is more willing to listen and communicate empathically with the patient and their family, improving their health care experience.

Higher employee satisfaction with fewer errors and less turnover

In cohesive teams, we feel safer to talk about clinical error from a perspective of continuous improvement. More than that, in a team where we feel good, we can get more pleasure from work, increasing productivity and satisfaction, and hence long-term retention.

Greater proactivity for innovation and resource management

In a suportive team, we are more willing to risk innovating, as the idea of making mistakes or failing is welcomed by the team. In addition, when the sense of belonging is strong, it is easier for each team member to strive to achieve common and shared goals, allowing for greater coordination with efficiency gains.

How does nobox activate tomorrow's teams and healthcare professionals?

Engaging, energetic and immersive training experiences that act as catalysts for participation (even the shy ones!), where a safe environment is created for skills to be practiced without fear of error or imperfections.

Formative and transformative action of health professionals and teams, focused on key values for the future of healthcare, such as interprofessional collaboration and patient-centered care.
