Evaluation Parameters
1. Attendance: attendance hours (more than 75% of the total number of scheduled hours)

4. Presentation and defense of the final project
Advanced Course Certificate
A final grade expressed as "Approved" / "Not Approved" will be awarded, and if approved, a "Transformational Leadership in healthcare" Advanced Training Course Certificate will be issued for recognition of credits.
