Target audience

Adaptable to any healthcare event

Are you tired of traditional lectures and boring approaches to healthcare training?

The Clinical Escape Room is an immersive learning experience where healthcare professionals are challenged to enter an immersive mission specifically designed to develop clinical reasoning and teamwork.
The Clinical Escape Room allows learning to be paired with fun and, of course, mystery…

In this “game”, created by and for healthcare professionals, the complexity and depth of the puzzles aren't always apparent, becoming obvious during the debrief: a formal space for sharing and discussion, facilitated by a physician with training and experience in the diseases or topics addressed, where the team relives the steps and actions taken during the 30 minutes (or less) they spent trying to escape the room.

What makes this clinical escape room different and impactful?

In general, unpredictability, the ability to maintain clinical reasoning under stress and time constraints, the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives, the need for concise and objective communication, and the ability to manage different perspectives and opinions to reach the best decision as a team are some of the challenges of this Clinical Escape Game, which simulates the day-to-day life of any medical team.

How do we develop and adapt the game for any event?

The Clinical Escape Room is an immersive learning experience that is adapted from scratch to each target audience, by creating specific versions and clinical cases or patient journeys adapted to what you want to work on.

This is the process nobox goes through, together with you, to design every single new version of our escape room to align with your learning and training goals:

  • 1 - Define clinical and behavioral learning objectives: the topics covered can involve new guidelines, difficulties in diagnosis or staging, therapeutic adjustments, or others.
  • 2 - Construction of the Clinical Case: a clinical case is created specifically to address the defined learning objectives, which serve as a guiding thread for the debrief after each game.
  • 3 - Creation of the game narrative: building the story that leads participants into this challenge and encompasses the entire experience into a cohesive, consistent game that engages participants
  • 4 - Development of the final game dynamics: development and final selection of the game's puzzles and challenges, aligned with the learning objectives, clinical case, and narrative of the clinical escape game.
