About this game.
A former employee of the company's IT department, motivated by a strong sense of revenge, planned an attack on the most sensitive computer system - patient management. This attack has three main goals: to create havoc in patient management, to discredit the company and to threaten the safety of company employees.
The company's staff is gathered offsite at a strategic meeting and is taken aback by the news. Those responsible immediately decided to set up a crisis operational center, organizing several working teams to minimize the impact of the attack on several fronts: ensuring patient safety, ensuring employee safety and minimizing corporate image damage. in the public opinion. As part of the crisis response plan, teams will need to phone patients and respond to complaints, visit mock patient to identify and solve potential problems, and internally align messages to media and social networks.
My impression (...) is that among health organizations, and specially medical doctors, not enough importance is given to skills such as leadership, emotional intelligence or effective communication in the workplace.
